Skin Health & Contraindications
For your safety, brow and lash services cannot be performed on clients with open wounds, active skin infections, severe irritation, sunburn, or other contagious conditions in the treatment area. Services may be declined if conditions are present that could affect the safety or outcome of the service.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, eye conditions, or previous reactions to waxes, tints, adhesives, or other beauty products prior to their appointment. While professional-grade products are used, individual reactions cannot always be predicted.
Intake Forms
A completed intake and consent form may be required prior to receiving brow or lash services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, and previous reactions to beauty products. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the refusal of service for safety reasons.
Contact Lenses
Clients receiving lash services are required to remove contact lenses prior to the service for comfort and safety.
Brow & Lash Tinting
Tint results vary based on hair type, skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual body chemistry. Longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Brow Mapping & Shaping
Every effort is made to create balanced, flattering brows based on your natural brow shape and facial features. Due to natural facial asymmetry, perfectly identical brows cannot be guaranteed.
Lash Extensions Maintenance
Lash extensions require routine maintenance and fills to maintain their appearance. Excessive rubbing, pulling, picking, sleeping on lashes, oil-based products, poor aftercare, and natural lash shedding may affect retention.
Fill Appointments
Lash refill services are intended for existing lash extension clients with sufficient extensions remaining. Appointments with excessive lash loss will require a full set service instead of a fill and will be charged accordingly.
Foreign Fills
We reserve the right to decline fills on lash extensions applied by another technician. Existing extensions will need to be removed before a new full set can be applied.
Design Expectations
Inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Final results may vary based on your natural lashes, brow shape, hair density, and overall suitability for the desired look.
After Care Responsibilities
Proper aftercare is essential to achieving optimal results and longevity. Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions may affect the outcome and longevity of your service.
