For the health and safety of our clients and artists, makeup services cannot be performed on clients with contagious skin conditions, open wounds, active infections, severe irritation, or other conditions that may compromise the safety or quality of the service.

 Allergies & Sensitivity 

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or previous reactions to cosmetics, skincare products, adhesives, or other beauty products prior to their appointment. While professional-grade products are used, individual reactions cannot always be predicted

 Clean Skin Requirement 

Clients should arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed. Excessively dirty skin or heavy makeup removal may require additional service time and may incur an additional fee.

 Inspiration Photos 

Inspiration photos are welcome and encouraged. However, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Final results may vary based on individual facial features, skin type, skin condition, and personal preferences.

 Bridal & Special Event Services 

Clients are encouraged to schedule a makeup trial prior to weddings, photoshoots, or other special events. Makeup trials help ensure desired results and allow sufficient time for adjustments before the event date.

 Touch-Ups & Longevity 

The longevity of makeup services depends on factors such as skin type, weather conditions, activities, product compatibility, and aftercare. Specific wear times cannot be guaranteed.
